Chess, martial arts and more
The things that taught me patience before any of the above existed.
Lenape Chess Club
Since becoming captain in grade 11 I grew the club from 10 to 29 active members, recruiting 28 of them myself, and the team's win rate rose 190%. The school's #1-ranked player; 7th individually in the South Jersey JV division as a sophomore. The club has had 93 members over my four years, 29 active now. About 1,600 on Chess.com.
Martial arts
Earned a Taekwondo Poom belt at my first school and competed in regional and national tournaments in grades 4–8; trained six lower-rank students, recruited five-plus new ones and helped with five community service projects.
Service
About 40 service hours in grade 11: math tutoring for classmates, an autism-awareness fundraiser and neighborhood cleanups.
Work
Sales, customer service and AI marketing at our family-run, multimillion-dollar custom plastic and paper bag supplier to supermarkets, retailers and distributors: brought in 13 large corporate and factory clients and $57.3K in sales; AI-made content drew 4.3M social views and raised client retention 133% on average; ~40 client calls and emails, ~25 orders and 10+ quotes a week.
Science
Medicinal Chemistry II, a week-long residential lab program in July 2025, including NMR and IR spectroscopy.
Languages
English is my first language; I'm proficient in French after four years through AP, conversational in Gujarati, and I speak a little Hindi and Mandarin.
Games I build and play
Co-created Hollowcast, a 2–4 player co-op horror game on Roblox, with Srithan Gade. Top 100 on Polytrack's global leaderboard (a browser racing game).
